Riverside Theater 

Site :       Old Tramways building- Port Elizabeth

Description:  Proposed new 600 theater, located at the foot of                            South End, on the south bank of the Baakens Valley. 

Starlite Bowling & Gaming

On the 24th of April 2013, I received the brief to design a new building housing a Tenpin Bowling Alley and Gaming Center for our Btech Design Portfolio.

       The client/ Developer is Red Bull, who are investing in such centers around the country.

   Also the nature of the building and the placement of entrances on a public as well as private level.

The site is in the center of Korsten, Port Elizabeth, which had a few of its own challenges. How to deal with the context around the site, as well as pedestrian movement was played a big role in the design process.

  After Finalizing the design, I decided to do a 3D model on Google Sketchup, and then imported it into Lumion a program distributed by Micro Graphics.
